I go here every year and it is a great place to stay. Cottages are clean (the renters have to clean them) and the fishing is pretty good. You are right on the bay.
The only downfall is loading/unloading your vehicle. You have to load everything into this little handcart and then walk it up to your cottage. It would be nice if they allowed you to pull up to the cottage to load/unload. It is not easy for handicapped people to walk that distance. Also, the pots and pans have got to go. I bring my own every year. The eggs stick in the crappy pans they have.
Other than that, it's worth the money.
