Going to say those that want to beat what some of us are feeling are inflated prices in eating out in Rehoboth Beach, you need to make the effort to visit Rigby's.
This marks the third time for us a Rigby's in the last couple years. First was a BBQ buffet party they had - nothing stellar - but good for the price. The next was last year for Dinning out for Life in Delaware, and had a great meal.
This past week in Rehoboth Beach we decided to go back after looking at the many great menus of other restaurants in the town with prices double to triple of what Rigby's offers during our walks. A short walk from the Crosswinds Motel - where we stay in town -the dinning room is smart casual and cozy. Being on the outer edge of town may keep some folks away - just a 15-20 minute walk from the boardwalk - but that is their loss and our gain.
This time we went with wedge salads for each of us for starters, which were very fresh and nicely done. I had the fried pork chops, and my fiancé had the country fried steak. With my chops it was served with french green beans, will the next time ask for the mashed potatoes. We skipped dessert, only to indulge on the boardwalk goodies after the walk.
