While overall this hotel was similar to those in its class, it was clear why it's rated slightly worse than the others: many of the features advertised was half-assed or not quite there.
First, they advertise high-speed internet. I stayed in two separate rooms (half a week with friends in a two-bedroom suite and half in a regular room), and the wifi network was very spotty in one room and was available but weak in the other. The hotel staff suggested that there was just one router for the entire hotel, meaning it probably wouldn't cover the hotel. Additionally, even in the lobby next to the router I was getting download speeds slower than the 3G on my phone. I spent hours trying to download a 125MB magazine onto my ipad. You certainly couldn't stream Netflix or the like. I measured the speed at less than 0.1 MBPS, not what I call high speed, so if you tend to rely on internet, be prepared.
Next, we came here (instead of similar, better rated hotels) due to their offering 2BR suites with a kitchenette. When they say kitchenette it turns out they mean a sink with a microwave and a dorm fridge, not an actual kitchenette with dishes, cooking utensils and a little stove. Other hotels that advertise this tend to have a large fridge, a dish washer and a fully stocked set of dishes. We were hoping to be able to cook light lunches there - that was simply impossible. This turned out to just be a glorified bathroom sink in addition to the standard microwave and dorm fridge. As for the "suite" aspect, it turns out the living room area is a part of one of the bedrooms in a 2BR suite, and all of the other rooms are called 1BR suites but they're really just rooms with an extended area with a sofa. There was no door between the living area and the bed area, so don't expect to be able to have one person watching TV and the other sleeping.
Otherwise, it was a pretty basic cheap hotel. It was pretty clean, but otherwise the service was horrible. The front desk would never tell you basic things like check-out times, breakfast times or the like. The breakfast was uneven - sometimes stocked and other times not. Breakfast included frozen bagels, some sort of frozen hard eggs, stale cereal, waffles and concentrate OJ. The luggage carts had some problem (probably flat tires) whereby they didn't roll if you had luggage on them. However, the hotel was about 10 minutes by car on the highway to downtown Rehoboth (though I don't know what they're talking about when they say they're a "walk" to the beach). Make sure to bring plenty of change or $5 bills for the change machines in downtown Rehoboth (there are some meters that take credit cards, but they're only the closer ones).
For wifi, get a room facing the front
