My family (4 adults) booked a suite in February 2013 for the July 4th holiday because of a wedding in town. When we saw the building and the room, we weren't overly impressed. The facility is old and somewhat tired looking. The mattress in the sleep sofa was flat, torn and stained with questionable looking brown spots. I asked that it be replaced and it was. We then found that the remote for the TV in the living area didn't work. After two trips to the reception desk, we were given instructions on how to re-program it. Our room was next to the laundry on the second floor. Because of the volume of guests, it appeared to us that the washers and dryers worked almost non-stop. That would be fine if we couldn't hear them through the wall but we could. At times, it sounded like a helicopter landing nearby. The bathroom is small but looks to be recently renovated. The ceiling light could use a good cleaning. It's bowl was filled with debris. The rest of the suite was clean but could use some attention. The same goes for the stairwells and inside courtyards. Very large planters on the second level make it difficult to maneuver luggage carts through the space. The hotel only has parking for one car per suite. If you have an additional car, you'll have to park on the street, if you can find a space and either feed the meter a quarter for every ten minutes (between the hours of 10 am and midnight) or set up an online payment. There is also permit parking available in Rehoboth Beach but you have to buy the permit and then find a location in a residential area that will allow you to park.
