My wife and I rented the cottage with her parents over Memorial Day weekend. It was a wonderful experience, breakfast was delicious every day, and we look forward to heading back.
The cottage had a little kitchen (no stove, be advised), and a door to the backyard directly from one of the bedrooms. We took advantage of the grill as well. The WiFi was OK sitting on the sofa, but it was clearly coming from the main house. It weakened and then disappeared the further you got from the house. But that was OK, we were able to use it when we needed it.
Overall, it was a great trip, and The Homestead is definitely on our list of places to stay the next time we visit the area.
