My wife and I, along with our 6 month old puppy, enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. The inn keepers were great and even helped out when we had some car issues. The breakfast food was wonderful every morning. We would definitely consider staying again.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had a faublous time (our 1st visit). We are new dog owners and we did not want to board our new puppy overnight at a kennel. The Homestead is very clean, charming, and the inn keepers are very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and the home-made sweet breads were delicious. Also, it was very convenient to bring our puppy to a good doggie day care nearby so we could escape to the beach during the day but have him with us in the evening. I would highly recommend the Homestead and we look forward to staying there again. During our stay all of the dogs were very well behaved. :)

We planned a quick Birthday getaway in a few days and found Homestead the best choice for us and our dog Callie.Very inviting staff and owners. We choice the first floor room off the side porch . A quick easy doorway to the side yard for the dog . Great breakfast selections every morning ! First time to bring our pet with us on this quick trip and was one of the best times we have had in a long time ! Thanks to Mary and the staff at The Homestead .

My husband,our dog and I stayed here and it is a very cute place. Only about 3-4 miles from the beach. We found a beach on Lewe's to take our dog and it was wonderful!! white sand and ocean!! Couldnt ask for better. The only thing is if your dog is older make sure you get the ground floor room. Breakfast was great and they had coffee and tea all day. We stayed in the Sunflower Room and it was great. had our own private bath,tv(they had movies to use downstairs). The landscaping is just gorgeous!! We definately will go back again maybe next year!
