Rooms are slightly larger than a standard hotel room but somewhat smaller than a Residence Inn. Yet it is spacious enough to be comfortable to watch TV form a small sofa or workstation.
There is a mini kitchen in the room with refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishwasher, Total sq, footage of kitchen work area is prob 18 but it is open to rest of room. Convenient enough to make small dinner or reheat leftovers.
Work station was new with smartly placed outlets on top so there is n need to search for outlets to plug in work gear chargers.
My room on the 3rd floor appears to have been remodeled lately, new rug, paint is fresh and bright. New flat screen TV approx 42" on a swivel..easy to watch from bed, sofa or work station.
Alarm clock is basic standard type. I t does not have Ipod/MP3 player adapter/connector or dock
Bed was average, mattress was average, sheets were clean and of a notch up in quality and thread count from the Residence Inn that is down the street.
Free breakfast is standard fare for any of these types of properties.
Fitness room is rather small and cramped, nice treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike..can't get serious in there but treadmill is best bet.
There is ample parking, lot is rather full late in evening after midnight). Only suggestion I would make to the staff here is that they move the property owned vehicles further to rear of lot rather than on side that is closer to entrance Their vehicles took up approx 8 spots (it is their shuttle bus, limo, etc)
Business center is just a PC with printer in lobby near front desk. Good if you need to print something. With free wireless and workstaion in the room really no reason to use it unless you need to print or your laptop died
Lots of nearby places to dine, fast food, Bar and Grilles, Chinese, etc.
Located near Christiana Medical Ctr and Bank of America complex
Rooms have fire sprinklers
