If you're looking for a view and a funky atmosphere, this is a spot you'll like. If you're looking for good food and good service, you're likely to be disappointed. Most of the food is average fare. They also have a list of Polish specialties, which is unusual in this area, but my very Polish friend was very unimpressed. They also have a "no substitutions" rule which they enforce religiously. When my companion very politely complained about this upon paying the bill, she was told that it's just not possible when they are busy. (The two of us and one other couple were alone in the restaurant.) When she pointed that out and said she could make substitutions at other places, she was told "then go eat at other places!" Wow!!! You bet we will!!!
