“Organized”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

We arrived on the Lewes, DE side approx. 40 minutes before departure. We paid, & were given clear directions as to exactly what to do/expect. Everything went quick & smooth from loading the car, purchasing food/drinks at the site and on the boat to the exit. Yesterday a nor-easter was still swirling around so it was a bit rough. Everyone was told to stay off the top deck as we rocked most of the way. We paid the off season rate for 1 passenger & car, plus $10 for myself. Nice way to travel, I'm sure on a sunny day it's great!

“Convenient, fun way to break up long drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2013

Nice calm way to travel. Sometimes not using ferry is faster, but not by much. So give it a try as a fun alternative to the long drive into Lewis..Rehoboth area from ny nj.

“Ridden over 100 times and still love it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

Have gone across in heat of summer and freezing winter storms. The ferry almost never stops running. They know what they're doing and have go the trip down to a science. No matter what they say, the trip takes 90 minutes. The two terminals are the greatest...just beautiful. The outdoor cafes are really nice but all th food and drinks are $$$$. You can get food and drink on board but food is, understandably, pre-made. It's a great trip. Costs about $50.00 per crossing.

“wonderful boat trip on the Delaware”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

Recently took the CapeMay Lewes Ferry to Delaware, it was better than I thought it would be. Easy to get on, nice and clean boat, and a great distraction from driving by breaking up the trip. It was a beautiful day which I'm sure made it more enjoyable than a rainy day, very efficient crew, quick to get on and off. Would definitely recommend.
