Stayed over for a long weekend, great sprawling location right off the main street, right along the inlet. Perfect for couples and those who appreciate the quaint comforts of a bed and breakfast, on the larger scale of a hotel (and no awkward sharing breakfast conversations!). Breakfast was ample--large fruit spread, yogurts, bagels, breads, cereals etc The room was spacious and included a sitting area and a patio overlooking the water, very comfortable bed. Just one block from the main restaurants and town and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A little pricey but would absolutely stay again, well worth it for a relaxing weekend!

This was our third stay at this delightful inn. Best view in area and perfect location to walk to the area' s great restaurants. Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

This hotel, adjacent to Lewes downtown strip, has around 30 rooms tucked into a two buildings overlooking a little courtyard. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the sunny downstairs breakfast room. Our room was not so special but plenty nice enough.

We have stayed here many times and love it! The rooms are always clean, the desk is so helpful and kind, the location is great, the included breakfast is just perfect. A wonderful get away!
