Stopped in today for breakfast. Was a pleasure to enjoy a high quality breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. There was excellent link sausage, big dark crispy bacon, oatmeal, granola, hash potatoes, french toast, scrambled eggs and biscuits with sausage gravy. Coffee and Tea are included. Juice, iced tea, mimosas etc were ala carte. Fruit tray alacarte at $7.
My husband is diabetic and asked the waitress if whole wheat bread was available and we were disappointed to hear that there was no whole wheat bread in that restaurant. Really?
At buffet breakfasts, the eggs are usually dried out in my opinion. Not the case here. They were delicious and fresh tasting. A+ for that, the best buffet eggs I can remember tasting.
The dining room is in a gorgeous vintage brick hotel and one would think the dining would be stuffy and formal. Well, sure this is a beautiful place and perfect for special occasions but we were dressed casually and did not feel uncomfortable.
At Brunch, a 20 percent tip is added to the check, but you may modify up or down. We had good service so had no problem with the check we were presented. I definitely plan to return. It was so nice!
