“Interesting for kids and adults”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

Have taken people there several times over the years.... It is very interesting regarding the planes, the museum inside will grab your attention. They used to have a simulated flight control there, not sure if it is still operating, but the kids loved it... Go there for a couple of hours. You won't be disappointed..

“Something for all ages”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

The AMC museum is as good as they get - wonderful exhibits that will capture the attention of all ages. As nice as the exhibits are, the volunteers make the museum what it is - a living history if the USAF. They take time to talk to visitors and many share personal stories of their own service experiences. Well worth the stop on your way to or from the beach

“Wonderful display of Air Force aviation history...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013 via mobile

This museum is small but rich in history of the many aircraft employed by the Air Force to move troops and cargo worldwide. Many of the aircraft were open so that visitors could walk through and get a close view of the interiors of the cockpit and rest of the aircraft. Being a Veteran, I enjoyed showing my son a couple of the aircraft that I worked on during my service time - the C-130 and C-141. They had a working flight simulator so visitors could try their skills at flying and laming the aircraft. Nice gift shop. Free admission. Very worthwhile to spend time to appreciate a part of military history.

“Back in time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013

The museum is free which contains lots of magnificent facts from the past! The history of Air Force and other planes that was used in WW I and WW II were mentioned in some of displays and the gift shop sells really cool souvenirs. You should visit this museum and you'll learn a new side of history and those who are plane fanatics will definitely enjoy the tour. :)
