“Nice weekend”

We had a very nice time @ Dewey Beach. The Sea Esta III was nice and clean! We also took our dog with us which was nice! The place could use some updating, but it was still nice! The only problem we had was some drunk guys knocking on our door @ 1:30AM, they were @ the wrong room! It's nice & close to the beach & within walking distance to alot of shops and places to eat & drink! The balcony was an added bonus! I usually always take our own pillows & I'm glad I did... the ones on the bed were pretty crappy. Other than that... no complaints!

Thank you for staying with us over the weekend. I am sorry that you did not like the pillows though. We do have a few differnt types in case you are with us again in the future and did not bring yours. We might have a different type that you will like better. It is always hard to find a pillow that everyone likes. But we are happy that you did have a great time at the beach and we will always welcome you and your four legged friends back. After the 15th of the month pets are allowed on the beach at any time of the day in Dewey as well.

“Excellent Last Minute Reservation”

We decided to take a last minute trip to Dewey Beach with our four dogs and we were able to book a room at Sea Esta III just a day before our trip. The people at the front desk were very helpful and cooperative. The room was clean and the view from the balcony of our 3rd floor room was very nice. There was a good deal of noise from Ruddertowne in the evenings, but the air conditioner did a great job of drowning it out. We had no trouble sleeping. This is a very good place to stay with dogs.

“Excellent pet friendly experience.”

We just stayed at Sea Esta III and loved it. The king room was spacious and very clean when we arrived. This is a great place for a reasonable price. It was a great trip and our two small dogs enjoyed it as well. We'll be back next year.

We tahnak you for your wonderful comments about our property. We know we are not the Ritz at the beach. But we offer a great location with the amenities that you would want while staying at the beach with out having to clean out your wallets to stay.

“Great stay”

Nice place for the money. Clean and nice staff. If you are looking for Flat screen tvs, and delux acomidations, this is not for you! For those who want a nice week with the family at an afordible cost, this is an ideal location! We would not think twice about staying here again!!

Room Tip: I would like to have had a roon on top floor for a better view.

“Very Good Motel”

Its a great hotel to stay in Dewey. Clean, safe, and great location. Would definitely stay again. If you are looking for luxury 4 stars etc. stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Rt. 1 in Rehoboth.
