Located only a few minutes from Bradley (Hartofrd) airport, this is a great value for the business traveller. They provide a free, hot buffet breakfast, free internet, a business center (including free printer, fax, copy machine). The rooms were nice, quiet, and comfortable. It is located about 20-25 minutes from downtown Hartford. Not alot of high quality resaurants around. There are several "mom-and-pop" style restaurants that are fine for a quick meal, but good seafood, italian, or ethnic restaurants are at least 30 minutes away.

The staff were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only minor negatives of the hotel: no on-site restaurant or laundromat (they will send clothes to a dry cleaner, but it will cost you $$$$).

After attempting to stay at a non-Hampton Inn property and had a horrible experience we went back to a property that we enjoyed. We contacted the 1-800 number and they suggested this property. It was $30 less than the other property we originally booked.

This hotel first off has the Cloud 9 Beds - which are always a bonus. The hotel is very clean and the staff is courteous. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The wireless internet worked well. Close to the airport and I believe had a shuttle service although I did not need to use it.

Definantly would come back to this property and recommend it to friends and family members.

This is a popular, upscale Hampton Inn. Rooms are clean and new. Breakfast is excellent. Staff goes out of its way to accommodate one's requests, like fresh coffee. I have stayed 3 times at different times of the year and have always thought it a good value.

I chose this hotel from reading other reviews. It was clean and the rooms were fine. My compaint is with the breakfast area and the food. The area where the breakfast was available each morning was not kept clean. The tea bags, sugar and hot water were empy many times we stopped to get a hot beverage. The counter was dirty and trash was left sitting on it for the entire day. The breakfast was not what we expected. It was advertised as the "New Hot Breaktast" It only had one tray of hot food. Egg and Ham our first morning and egg bagel bites the second morning.Which were not very good! Again we had to ask for cups for juice,etc... I have stayed at other Hampton Inns and I would have to say that this one could have been nicer. The area in question is right next to the front desk. So it is the first thing you see as you walk in the front door.The front desk staff was nice but that was about it. I do have to say that the guy at the front desk (I forgot his name) was very helpful and nice. We checked in late after a very long drive and he kept the pool open untill 11pm so that our kids could swim!
