The menu options at Saray Restaurant are varied and interesting, with meat, fish and vegetarian choices. I was particularly impressed with the bread (fresh, made on-site) and the salads. The babaganoush is the best I've ever tasted--creamy, smokey, just full of flavor. When we ate here many months ago the food and service and ambiance were more of a mixed bag: an inexperienced waiter, smoke from the grill and not consistently well-prepared food. Based on this most recent visit, this restaurant seems to have made tremendous strides, and it is well worth a visit. Many of the customers appear to be from Turkey or environs, which I understand to be a sign of authenticity. The prices are reasonable for an excellent quality meal. The restaurant does not serve alcohol, but will provide set-ups if you bring your own. The wait staff were pleasant and efficient and we will definitely be back!
