Spent the weekend at Coco Keys Resort in Waterbury! What a shame they call themselves a family resort! The water park is not only dirty and nasty!!
The hotel(I use the word Hotel loosely) chooses to keep customers who yell and fight in the hallways and slam doors until 3:00am!!! Hearing a lot worse in the room next-door with more yelling. After calling the desk 5 times Fight Club sort of stopped by 3 am. Security should have called the police and had them removed from the property! Instead they got to stay! It's a joke the have posted all over the hotel signs saying anyone caught smoking in the hotel will result in an automatic removal. I guess anyone caught fighting, screaming etc. Get to stay with no questions asked. Guess the safety of their customers are not their top priority. Clearly cleanliness is! Ha!! After speaking with the manager the next day she was not only rude could care less she was so reassuring the safety of my family (NOT)!!!
Oh and by the way the rooms were dirty and smelled so bad of chlorine it burnt your nose!!! AAA should pull their 3 diamond award!!!
