I love this hotel. I stay overnight @ least 3 times a year. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and the staff is great. The price may be a little high, but well worth it. Even the spa is great.

I do have to say the sun is ok but when i took my shower the water would not drainquick enough it was as if I was trying to fill it for a bath. And yes the drain was open lol. The view from our room was beautiful I believe we were in 3114. The longhouse resturant was fabulous 85$.The buffet,is another subject 37.50$, foxwoods is better. We had a couples massage 225$ done in the spa, and that was only ok the relaxation room was not very relaxing. and the gentlemen who gave me my massage left me in pain. The pool set up is pretty cool with a jacuzzi, bar, and sundeck all in one. But don't even think of asking for a late check out and I mean not even an hour they want you out at 11am 168$500 dollars spent and thats without gambling and they couldnt let me sleep an extra hour I use to prefer mohegan but i have definitly changed my mind now........

My Husband and I decided to stay at the Mohegan for his birthday, even though we are only 52 miles away from the hotel. We play there all the time, and love the smoke free slot area. We have stayed in many luxurious hotels in Las Vegas, and the mohegan is definitely just as top notch as any of them. We were in a standard room on the 24th floor, and had a partial river view. Considering this room was not a suite, it was surprising to see . The room was beautifully decorated in wonderful colors, and the size of the room and vanity area was much larger than any standard room We have ever stayed in. The pillows and bed were just heavenly. Everything about the room was perfect. What else can I say?? We will definitely stay at the Mohegan again, in the near future.

Mohegan has very few winners at its slots. Clearly they are not fairly paying out to their customer base.

Buffet needs improvements. Restaurants upstairs are much better then the Casino's food operations.
Most of the food at their buffets is below average.

The retail stores looks empty, and they don't appear to be doing much business. The restaurants all look busy, and clearly it is a benefit in having brand name restaurants there.

The swimming pool is decent but is only 3 feet deep, and has no life guard. One would think that the casino would be able to hire lifeguards and have a deeper pool. given their obvious profit margins downstairs. The jacuzzi was not hot enough, and they should of built two more jacuzzi's.
It is as if they built it so one would not stay at the pool to long. For the size hotel the pool is just to small.

The casino threw out its Poker players, and installed slot machines which maybe more profitable for the casino in the short term, but weakens a competitive strategy. Poker is very popular now, and will only grow as entertainers are now starring on television and enjoying the game.
Caribbean Poekr game that was always crowded is no longer offerrred. Strange choice by management to say the least.

They were smart to focus on asain games for they indeed look very profitable to the casino, and very popular. It appears that asians are at least 25 to 35% of the customer base. Need for an additional asain restaurant is needed. Vietnamese food at the Borgata is excellent.

The live music is very nice, and the drinks are good at the bar in the new casino. The casino buys drinks if you play the video games. Players enjoy that and they should do more of that.

The hotel rooms are beautiful, and have good promotional rates. Did notice however that anyone can walk by security who merely says hello to them. Maybe an id scanner with room key for all entering would be better security practice. Then again if there are no security problems currently it may never appear.

Casino has a slow comp rate while playing, with credit after three hours of play and then a time delay for credits to count to the palyer. that could easily be speeded up. The gas station and deli that they have right down the road overcharges by 40% for almost every item they sell so that the credit one recieves for palying a specific numer of hours is not worth as much as one expects.

The casnio appears clean, tidy , by and has well trained workers.

The black jack tables should have more lower priced tables, but it appears once again that the casino lowered their labor cost by installing more slot machines, decreasing the number of tables
in the new casino , thereby creating a more crowded look at the tables then would actually exist if some of the slot machines were removed and new tables installed. Labor cost would increase with that formula though, so I doubt a change.
