My wife and I and our friends spent a night at a nearby hotel and came to the casino for the Keith Urban concert. After the concert we went to Bobbys Burger Palace for food. The food itself was great. However the service was awful. After ordering our food, and signing the waivers for "beer," (although we are all 28-30 yrs old...) we sat down and waited for your food. Our food came promptly but the two miller lights we ordered did not come. Those beers never came....After asking for the alocohol we order, our receipt was brought to us saying we only ordered one beer...and that beer would be refunded in cash. Waiting for an explanation, we found out from a random waitress that the beer was withheld because the "beverage manager" had stopped the alcohol because we "drank" to much and we wouldn't be served anywhere else in the whole casino. Noone in our party drank more than one beer the whole night before going there. We left there and visted different several different bars and had no problem although the staff at BBP said we wouldn't be served anywhere else in the casino. It was poor service at a place that served good food. It was very embarrassing as the waitress pointed out a specific member of our party as "drinking too much" although he didn't have one drink all night. As a paying customer, I am very ashamed at the actioms of the staff at BBP.
