Okay so I have ordered from West Main Pizza on 2 occasions and eaten in the restaurant 3 times. Pizza for Birthday party's is great when you have a lot of people to feed because they do party size pizza's and deliver. Aside from that I wouldn't go there.
The decor in the restaurants is early 80's and the carpet hasn't been clean since it's was installed. Everything is very outdated and doesn't look very clean. I've ordered their chicken cutlet grinder, tasty but it's not fresh chicken. It looks like frozen chicken strips you can get in the frozen food section of a grocery store. Today I went in for lunch, I ordered a grinder and 1 slice of pizza, there were less than a dozen people in the restaurant and it took about 30-40 minutes to get my food. I asked the waitress for a napkin 3 times before I actually got it. As I was eating, I noticed the owner lay down on leather couch they have near the bar. He kicked off his shoes and laid down to watch TV as if he were at home. I thought it was very unprofessional.
The last time I ordered a grinder I was very specificate to say NO MAYONAISE , I went there to pick it up, I got home and took one bite to realized it was sopping in mayonaise. I called back so they could remake it. When I got to the restaurant the owners son said "Oh want do you want me to do fire the guy?" I smiled and said nothing, I could see they were hostile. I don't want anyone to get fired, I just want my food done right the first time.
Over all I think it's dirty, poor customer service and food is just okay.
