my wife and i visited the inn and really enjoyed it. the
atmosphere was casual and relaxed. our grand children
anthony and kaylyn loved the breakfast. would highly
suggest a stay at the inn.

Old Mystic Inn is a true jewel. My husband and I stayed in the main house which was old and quaint. Our room was charming. The breakfast at the Inn was fabulous and plentiful. It is served in the main house in a lovely dining area. Throughout the day you can help yourself to drinks (hot and cold) and delicious homemade baked goods. The owner of the inn, Michael, is accommodating. He has been trained at the Culinary Institute of America and it is evident in the care he takes to prepapre and present breakfast. In addition, there are many things to do in the Mystic area -- good restaurants, wonderful museums, shopping, movies and casinos. For a great lunch visit Kitchen Little in Mystic.

The Old Mystic Inn was phenominal. The Inn Keeper Michael and his staff have created a perfect romantic getaway. Just off the beaten path from the tourist destination of Mystic, CT is a quiet location that removes all distraction from the daily grind. The gourmet breakfast was amazing. A true treat for the taste buds. I highly recommend this B&B.

Our 30th wedding anniversary was all the more special because of quality of the Old Mystic Inn and the graciousness of its owner/proprietor Michael Cardillo. Our room was in the main house-- the Herman Melville room. This room was bright, airy,clean and featured its own little porch. Michael has a knack for making you feel special by his warm engaging demeanor, the amenities he affords his guests and his to die for, out of this world breakfasts. His attention to his guests and his meticulous detail were evident in the presentation of his Inn, our room and as noted our breakfasts. We will definitely return.
