This is our second stay at the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina. Our first visit was February 2005 & we had a such a great time, we booked this getaway before we left. It's not just the spectacular views, beautiful gardens, impeccably decorated rooms, or the great breakfasts that brought us back, it's also the friendly & caring innkeepers, Sue & Dave, that greet you with such warmth & make you feel so at home in their home. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with the other guests & having a glass of wine outside on the adirondacks overlooking the marina in the early evening. Conversations were never dull, especially on Dave's boatride! And to end a perfect evening, every evening, with Sue's homemade cookies & brownies waiting for you before you head upstairs to your room. We even went kayaking for the first time, compliments of Dave! If you're looking for total peace & relaxation, you've found it here. Speaking from experience, both winter & summertime are magnificent! We can't wait to return to our "secret paradise" again! Thanks Sue & Dave for another wonderful stay!

My first visit to the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina was so incredible that I had to visit again nine months later to see if it was as wonderful as the first time. It got better. The innkeepers Dave and Sue Labrie make you feel so welcome you don't want to leave.

I have stayed at Harbor Hill twice and each time was wonderful. I feel like I am going home when I return. The innkeepers, Dave and Sue, feel like family. Everything is immaculately clean. The gardens are wonderfully full of color. There are so many "extras" like homemade cookies at night, dishes of candy everywhere. We used the Kayak one day and had such fun on the river. Just looking at all the big boats in the marina right in front of the inn is so peaceful. Dave pointed us in the direction of a wonderfully quiet beach nearby and we also walked the new boardwalk along the water. In each room is a baggie of coupons to use at nearby stores. They give you free gifts at each store and many are very unique boutiques that I want to return to time after time. I feel that words can't describe how great this place is and the people that run it. Go and see for yourselves.

Charming inn, with great harbor views from almost all guest rooms, although the best one is on the second floor with a private balcony. Comfortable and cozy accommdations; nothing fancy or pretentious about it. About a five-ten minute drive from I-95, so is convenient if you're doing business in the area, or touring Mystic, New London, Foxwood, etc., etc.
