Been here many times. Our family's favorite for light fare, sandwiches, burgers , pulled pork, great fries, and more. Love their chicken on grilled wrap with pesto, peppers, mozzarella !!

“SO GLAD I WENT BACK!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2013 via mobile

I discovered this place by chance after they first opened. Service was great, food was great...loved it! Several visits later, that all changed. The staff was distracted, the yummy food items were off the menu...and the overall eating out experience left me wanting more. Well, I'm thrilled that I did not give up on this fine, fabulous place! The staff is spectacular and they read minds! They raised the heat seeing my elderly Mom AND lowered the music being sensitive to possible hearing issues. The food was perfect, the drinks generous...and the entire experience spot on perfect. Yes, I will be back again and again. What a wonderful time we had!
Also, I have heard from those in the area they have taken very good care of those effected by the Newtown tragedy. I'm sure they would not want recognition for their contribution. However, a pleasure to do business with a business with heart!

“Such good food and Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

We eat here regularly and don't think to review but I do have to say the service, the friendliness of the wait staff, bar, etc is so good. As is the food. All the types of food you expect in a pub. One of the best appetisers is the garlic bread in gorgonzola dip. They said they copied the Michael Jordan recipe and did they ever. Theirs is as good as Michaels at Mohegan Sun and better than the one in NYC. Hamburgers, sandwiches all excellent. Except leave the Mexican foods to a Mexican restaurant. All were pretty bland. Everything else though, go for it. The owner, Kurt, said he is opening another restaurant in Trumbull. Hope it follows suit with the one in Newtown.

“Very good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

Went on a Tuesday night about two months ago. The place was packed. The seating is a bit crowded, but not overcrowded. A good place to have a beer and dinner with friends. It does get loud. We ordered burgers, which were all very good. Despite being crowded, the service was prompt and courteous. The dining area was very clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again.

“Where Everybody Knows Your Name”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

Pub 25 is a neighborhood joy with very good food and atmosphere. The only downside is when the proprietors open the doors and keep them open which allows flies and insects to "dine" with restaurant guests.
