“New and improved”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013

This was a hole in the wall for years on Railroad Street in New Milford, and was run by owner/chef for many years. It was cash only, closed between lunch and dinner, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Recently, they closed up shop there and moved around the corner on Bank Street to a much larger location, now with a full bar (vs the self-serve soda slide fridge that they had before). Menu expanded probably since they have a full-size kitchen now, and the place is better than ever. I think they expanded their operating days (maybe hours too), and our former owner is now a staff member, with new owners. Want to go back again and again.

“Competent Mexican Fare in Lovely New Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

We visited this place in its previous incarnation and were underwhelmed, but everything is better in the beautifully-restored old brick building where it now resides. Dishes are fresh, tasty and well-priced. The charming village of New Milford oozes 1930's New England appeal -- you feel as if you are in a Capra movie, even though Jimmy Stewart never ate tacos back on screen back then!

“Great food, good service.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 22, 2012 via mobile

Great food, good service. Enjoyed the margarita's then a pitcher of sangria. Chips and salsa were a good start followed by a fajita and bean burrito. Will be back for more.

“Superb time and time again”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2012

I've always loved Salsas! The new location is very nice, although the high ceilings and open dining room make it seem pretty loud. The quality in the food or the service hasn't changed though.

“Salsa changed locations, but the meals are still the best...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

Salsa recently moved to a new location and added a bar area to it's increased restaurant. The fresh ingredients that has always been a trademark at Salsa is still there and my wife and I had another sumptuous meal in the new surroundings. Accoustics are a little loud, but the meals and service are top notch. I always make my dinner selections from the specials board and never, never, never have been disappointed. So happy to see and taste that Salsa didn't sell out with the change in location.
