"MONICAS STATE STREET IS THE BEST!!!! " Everyone is great and I recommend that all should go to New London catch what eastern CT has to offer see the sites take in the atmsosphere and then have an awsome meal at Monicas. the place is warm and cozy and the staff are very friendly.I love the pumpkinbread french toast amongst others. this place is a must see.

If you are looking for a DEAL....go to Monica's on State Street... the service is terrific, fun and lively... Meet Janie, Cookie, Tee, Sarah, Orshi, Carol, Melanie, Angel, Sherriff and over course Monica herself.

The prices can NOT be beat and the food is tasty, filling and keep you yearning to come back for more the next day. If you are leaving for Block Island or any where on the ferry, be sure to get something to go and walk two blocks down to the ferry. The ferry prices are cRaZy and the food is blahhhhh ~ Get a BIG Ole` burger w/fries or rings to go and eat it on the ship.....Get a breakfast sandwich to go and eat it on the ship...by the way, the BEST brewed coffee around.

Go check this place out yourself and be sure to tell a friend or two.
