I stayed at the LaQuinta for three nights on business. It is located next to Interstate 95. The area is not really all that secure, as in I wouldn't go running without a group. I consider convenience to mean you can walk somewhere, the LaQuinta is not convenient to much, especially at night. The place is dumpy and dirty. The completed renovations are cheesy and sloppy (grout all over the bathroom wall). My bathroom reeked of mold, especially when the party next door showered. The walls are very thin, so I-95 was in my bedroom and I could hear the party next door unzip his/her suitcase. That being said, the breakfast layout was ok and the hotel did not have any loud parties going on. I would not pick this hotel. In this case it was chosen for me as lodging for training at UNH. If you have a car, there are nice restaurants and shopping a few exits away, but beyond that you can keep the place. The staff was friendly and accomodating-responded to requests and fixed problems but the place itself seems really tired and old and cheap.
