“Outstanding”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012

A friend recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. Lemon linguine with shrimp was outrageously good - a perfect balance of lemon, tomato and basil. Menu has nice balance. Service was friendly, attentive.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012

Is a great family place, but not so please of the ambience, great pizza and good chocolate place.
I don't suggest this place for the value, there are a better restaurants around in new canaan.

“Lively Italian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 16, 2012 via mobile

Visited with family party of 6, and enjoyed an excellent meal, served by a very attentive waitress. The atmosphere was lively, as the restaurant was nearly full, consisting mainly of young families enjoying the end of the week.
The menu was very comprehensive, and the food excellent.

“Fabulous Redo”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

What was once one of the noisiest restaurants I had ever been to, they finally
removed the tin ceiling, making it a great place to dine, without going deaf!
The food is wonderful, either on the regular menu or their "specials" for lunch and dinner.
I had a steak that was so tender, and my husband particularly loved his shrimp entree.
Their Italian dishes are also delicious. We've gone there several times since they redid it,
since we can now hear each other talk while we eat.

“Where the family eats when we can't make a decision.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012

This is the restaurant that we go to when we are in town and the family is having a hard time making a decision on where to go. There is enough on the menu to please both parents (who prefer somewhat interesting healthier and lighter food) to the children (who are more inclined to favor the thin crust pizza). Recent remodeling has reduced the noise level which used to be a little overwhelming. The place usually has a fairly good buzz, though and has a set of friendly waiters.
