“Good food on a budget!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2011

The food here is good. I have been several times and never disappointed. Nice family friendly place. Fish and chips were delish! My kids got the Mac n Cheese and were happy. Service was a little slow, the place is very busy.

Good value here!

“What a pleasant surprise!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2010

It was about 2:00pm and my sisters and I decided we needed a bite to eat but did not want a big meal so we stopped in at Ten Clams. I always thought it was ice cream only...was I wrong. For all you families who want to save money after spending TONS at the Seaport and Aquarium, this is the place to go. The inside is clean and comfortable, the wait staff is very accomodating, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The menu had a little bit of everything and the prices were probably the most reasonable of any place I've eaten in Mystic. I would rather go here than Friendly's or McDonald's which are located nearby. With tax and tip, the three of us ate for about $20. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 10 for value. For families with little kids, it's also a place where you don't have to worry if your kids are a little crazy after a day of sightseeing. Definitely try this place and you'll be happy you did.

“Good food cheap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2010

Nothing on the menu costs more than $10 so you can't go wrong. The fish and chips are 9.95 and it's a good size portion. Crispy fish and decent fries. Cole slaw not bad either.

It's not the Ritz, just a good lunch for not a lot of money. I've eaten here several times and will eat here again.

“Great budget friendly restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2010

The food was very good for the amount it cost. The burgers were delicious. A must try is the hot and buttery lobster roll. It was out of this world!

“Cheap prices, and cheap food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2010

Ten Clams is not a fine dining restaurant, but it is a inexspensive kid friendly restaurant. It's good for what it is, the value and atomosphere are good, and the Ice Cream is really good as well. I would recommend going in for a quick bite to eat.
