Bit of a tourist trap but the view is great - especially from the bar on the second floor.

My wife and I ate here this past Saturday. We didn't have a reservation, but were seated promptly. The view of the Mystic River couldn't have been better.

Our server, Anna, was both friendly and informative. My wife had the pan seared Stonington Sea Scallops. I had one of the specials, Stuffed Tuna. Both were very good.

Great location; food was good; wait staff wonderful. Manager was condescending. When I pointed out that there was a discrepancy between what I was charged for my meal and what was on the specials board, she argued with me for 5 minutes before refunding the difference.

Although the reviews here were mixed, we decided to try this based on the menu posted on their web site. What a pleasant surprise! No wait (going offseason makes a difference there) and pleasant service. Seafood dishes were fresh and well-prepared. Much more variety than others in the area, both in types of seafood and in preparation. Great view of the river and drawbridge. We plan to return, and to bring guests.
