My wife and I stayed across the street at the Whaler's Inn this past weekend and thought the S&P Oyster Co looked like a good bet. We ate in the downstairs dining room by the window and had a great time. The food was excellent; my wife had the special, smoked Alaskan crab legs, and I had the Sicilian swordfish. Both were good, but the crab legs were out of this world. In fact, we went back the next night and ate on the outside deck and we both had the crab legs! Nancy, our server the first night, was perhaps one of the best servers we have ever had at any restaurant – and we have been all over the world and eaten in many great restaurants. Highly recommend this place! Watch out for the sun on the outside deck in the late afternoon though; it gets pretty hot sitting there.
