“More like a motel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2012

Very large room with noisy air con unit. However for a one night stay it was OK. Free wifi in room was a plus and an in room coffee maker[which I adapted to take tea bags!]. Continental breakfast included and a bistro on the premises if you arrive late and can't be bothered to go out.

“Beautifully appointed suite”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2012

We just stayed there 10/13 and 10/14. The room was stunning and spotlessly clean with all amenities you can imagine! We had a Jacuzzi suite and it was well worth the added cost. The room had a warm fireplace and beautiful linens with bathrobes and thick white towels. The room was completely modern with a perfect view of the draw bridge. The breakfast was more than we expected and the staff was very gracious. We will definitely recommend this Inn. Connecticut is beautiful as are all the New England States, I am impressed with the attention to recycling and the condition of the infrastructure! Your tax dollars are working for you Connecticut!

Room Tip: Request the jacuzzi tub

“Great lnn, fantastic value deals on the Internet.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

Situated in the heart of Mystic Town and away from the tourist attraction of Mystic Village and shops, we were pleased to find a midweek special rate on the Internet. Our room 31 in the main building was large with a Queen bed and a flat TV, a large bathroom with a massage shower. The inn has attached to it a very cozy restaurant bravo bravo managed by a 3 rd party. We stuck to a series of appetisers and the Shiitake and Button Mushroom Bruschetta was out of this world. We also had burratta and tomatoes in a garlic balsamic dressing. The bartender is skilled and he came out to meet us at the table and even concocted a French Kiss martini in a tall glass. The place is very lively and probably has the best cocktails in Mystic- I would recommend this place as a great value for money.

“Ultra Convenient and Friendly!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2012

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in downtown Mystic, the Whaler's Inn is a great choice. Our room was quiet and cozy, very clean, and located just a few steps from the main drag. Our young daughter loved being able to see the drawbridge open and close, and we could quickly step out for a meal (two blocks from the fabulous Mystic Pizza) or a coffee. The breakfast included was good and substantial, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a beautiful, clean and updated room in this conveniently located Inn. You can walk

We would welcome another stay there!
