Last Saturday I was fortunate to stay at Winvian and enjoyed a Saturday night dinner in the restaurant. While the whole experience was excellent, the duck being served reminded me of the same dish at the famous Paris restaurant. It could not have been more tender or better prepared.
While the meal is expensive at $90, this is for special occasions or those who want only the best. The lobster "soup" had a great consistency of large pieces. The extra Chef tastings made the meal a multicourse feast.
