We stayed at the Tidewater Inn for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday. Victoria, the owner, seems to have thought of every detail to make her guests stay a pleasant one. She has owned the Inn for 2 1/2 years, so disregard the less satisfactory reviews before her ownership. The breakfasts are excellent and unusual. There is plenty to do in the area. In the Summer she has beach passes for the local town beach. There are two rooms with king sized beds. We stayed in the Madison Room (king) and saw most of the other rooms. If you have a choice take the Madison Room. It is probably the nicest room in the Inn. Behind the Inn is a seperate building with a suite with a jacuzzi. We never saw that room.
