“Soggy day but looks like a nice park”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Nice piece of green in the middle of the city. Look for arch, views of the capital, pond, fountain, winged victory sculpture. Looks like a nice place to stroll on a nice day.

“Pretty much a park like any other”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2013

Since the park was located right across from my hotel, I figured I would walk through it to get to my other destinations. It was a nice park, but nothing special to go out of your way to see.

“Great Park”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Bushnell Park is at its best during the winter. The skating rink is free. Hot chocolate. Lights. The carousel will be open until Christmas and for New Year's eve.

But if you would like to hang out in the park during the summer - it's a great place to come during the day with a book or for Monday night Jazz.

“A walk in the park!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

Nice for a sunny afternoon walk! Hartford downtown is worth the trip. Concerts during the summer skating in the winter. Nice restaurants to visit too.
