We came to Hartford for the flower show and found the convention center to be a great facility. All the bathrooms were extremely clean and there were plenty of water fountains around the exhibit hall. Water fountains are always a plus in my book!
The exhibit hall was clean as well and well lit. It was great. The parking was the only hard part. Of coarse at the convention center for the flower show it is to be expected. I would suggest just going strait up to the top and parking if the weather is nice and taking the elevator. Saves you the hassle of fighting for a spot.
