This building is attractive inside and out. No matter which area you enter, there's an ambiance about this area. I liked the large brick plaza with potted trees and a pedestrian walkway that leads to the river or downtown above street level. The first level common area is very open with the ceiling going up 3 floors. The 2nd and 3rd level are easily accessible by escalator or elevator. Every floor has floor to ceiling windows with great views of the river and city. A well kept building with good floor for large events. There is a coffee stand and sandwich shop on the 2nd level that was open during the days of our convention but closed early in the evening. The hotel adjoining this conference center has a Starbucks and restaurant. There is also a cafeteria type cafe at the science museum next door (only open during museum hours). The building is right off the highway and very easy to find, however, when you're there it doesn't "feel" like you are close to a major highway.
