With a motto like that, you know this is going to be rustic! Plan ahead and pack a picnic and drinks. This outdoor adventure will have you elbow to elbow with other diners. Your table is a wooden circle, surrounded by true tree stumps for chairs. The food is grilled in open view and quite entertaining. My group ordered grilled shrimp as an appetizer and they were presented in a foil pouch on a paper plate, so really they are steamed, not grilled. For entrees we tried the grilled lobster, a veggie kabob, a steak, salmon, and bluefish ( fish comes in foil pouches too) , and also the corn on the cob. The best items were the bluefish, corn and steak. The salmon and lobster were a bit over cooked. Unfortunately, there isn't any scenic view to enjoy and the food is just fair. I don't think I would go again.
