My boyfriend and I stayed at the Quality Inn 3 years ago. The room we stayed in was clean as well as comfortable. The price was reasonable for what you were getting. However, there was not much of a continental breakfast. The only complaint I do have is the staff. None of them spoke english and they seemed totally unfriendly almost like they could have cared less who was staying at there hotel. Other then that it was a pretty basic place to stay at.
We had previously stayed there several years ago and was fine. We checked in on 10/13 and were disappointed at dirt and hairs in room.
What took the cake was when we pulled back the blanket and you could clearly see that the bed linens had never been changed. Got new room but wasn't much better. Immediately checked out and went to Red Roof Inn in New London.
we got ripped off. the pool wasn't treated and there were blood smears and a used condom in our first room with the acuzzi tub. the second rooms sheets needed to be changed and the third room they finally put us in, the door lock didn't work right
