“Great food and outstanding service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2012

Visited this restaurant with the family and we were clueless on what to eat but the waiter was very helpful explaining everything. It's a mix of Vietnamese and Chinese they menu is huge so sometimes it's hard to choose. Bubble teas were really good, food was excellent and the way the set up the table so everyone can eat comfortably is a very nice touch. The table has extra leaf that open up so everyone can share and fit. Would recommend this place to everyone. We saw another table that order the poo-poo platter and it had a cute flame going on. Serving size was huge!!

“We have yet to have a bad meal there.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2012

We normally eat here once a week. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The restaurant is clean. Pork chop and white rice is one of our favorites. We had the duck there and it was delightful - - don't forget to use the dipping sauce. The kids love the Mushroom and Beef dish. This is also a Chinese Restaurant. Chinese is Chinese. This is probably the best in town. Egg rolls are good; my wife likes the spring rolls. Never had a bad noddle dish - - though they can add spice if you want it hot!!! We love the vegetable fried rice because they put bean spouts in it - - but you may have to remind them of this. Enjoy...

“Welcome Change”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2012 via mobile

This was the first time I have experienced Vietnamese food. The food was excellent. I ordered the Pho w/ brisket and eye of round. The ingredients blended well together, and the broth was delicious. Staff was very attentive and friendly.

“over all kinda good.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2012

Turns out this restaurant is a sister of Miss Saigon in Norwich. I wasn't fond of Miss Saigon when I tried it last year but Phantasia is much better. Tried Phantasia Feb 3. Friend and I shared several meals to get the drift of the place. We ordered Vietnamese Rice Pancake, Bun Thjt Nuong and Pho. The meals we ordered were pretty good but I was greatly surprised at how tasty the Rice Pancake was. Actually seemed to be vegetables and eggs in a pancake shape but pretty good. The Bun Thjt Nuong came with beef and not BBQ pork but was good, the Pho was really pretty good but far from the pure ambrosia I ate in Vietnam last year. The menu features more Chinese food than Vietnamese food but I guess they need to build their Vietnamese food clientele up in SE CT.
