Stayed with my family in three separate rooms on Feb 16th. We needed two rooms with feather free due to down allergies. We were placed in the 6th floor in king rooms. The bedding in the rooms with the feather free was laughable at best. There was no comforter on the bed, they took the thin usual second blanket and put it inside of the standard duvet. That's it...nothing else. Both rooms were set up like this. We booked the rooms two weeks in advance so there should have been no supply issues. There was just this joke of a blanket that did not fit the bed and a sheet. The pillows were smaller than throw pillows for a couch and there was no extra blankets in the closet. There were feather pillows in the closet, i thought the request was for feather free?? Last night was very cold and it snowed and this was the worst bedding experience ive ever had at a Marriott.
I am a Platinum member with 85 nights a year and was extremely disappointed in the service of this location. I will never stay here again, I guess feather free guests are treated like second class at the Mystic Marriott.
