“Good food and the best milkshakes”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2014

I recently went here for the first time with my family. The food portions are extremely generous. We all ended up bringing home half of our meals. We tried the eggplant fries for an app & they were gone in no time. I wouldn't normally get a milkshake with an Italian dish, but I heard they were good here. Boy, did I hear right. They were big, like everything else here, delicious with a lot of flavor, and just the right consistency to be able to drink them down. We will be back. I have to mention that the service was very friendly and helpful.

“Good food - Good time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2014

Met some colleagues there on a weeknight for drinks and pizza. The food was very good, drinks were OK (no Gin?) staff were friendly and memorable. We liked Joey's so much we went back the next night with a dozen more people. Again, the food was very good, great selection, nice and HOT and large portions. Staff were friendly and fun. They had to separate our large party to two booths =/ but overall, very good. We would go there again.

“A great place to take the gang.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 30, 2014

This is a fun place with good food and a good atmosphere for a friendly time out with pals and gals for lunch or after work. You'll enjoy their generous portions. The Meatball Salad is a favorite of mine.

“Good food, good prices, good portions”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

I have eaten at both the Farmington and Newington restaurants and like the Newington store better. Maybe it's just the decor but the food also seemed a bit better. Both provide a nice selection, large portions and a better than average salad selection. The wait staff was friendly which made the visits that much better. I have only had one bad experience in dozens of visits. That was not due to food but the problems of eating a meal during a shift change. All in all worth a try for someone who doesn't want to visit just another pizza joint.
