“Better than Pepe's”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

Pros - The pizza! It's a NY style pizza. It has a nice crunchy crust, and the ratio of cheese/sauce/crust is perfect. I much prefer Soho over Pepe's (Pepe's Danbury location). The price is very fair, and the service is quick. Always fresh, hot, delicious pizza. Best pizza in the area! Pizza is best when you eat in.

Cons - If you want something other than pizza, you should probably look elsewhere. If you are looking for a sit down restaurant, this is probably not for you. Seating is available, but its very casual. Directly across from WCSU midtown campus, so it is often filled with WSCU students.

its close to the midtown campus for western connecticut. the pizza is good and so is the service. it was open at decent times so if you need a place to grab a snack later at night after work or classes its not a bad place to go.

“One Of the Best Pizza Restaurants In Town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

I was visiting the Double Twister yesterday for some ice-cream when I saw this restaurant attached to it. I was still kind of hungry so I decided to go and visit before I got my filling of sweets. At first I was thrown off by the simplicity of the restaurant, it seemed small but the smell was enough to convince me to try. The wait staff was very friendly and I ordered a few slices of bacon and pepperoni pizza. The staff takes the slices that you pick and puts them in the oven to toast and warm them up. The whole experience feels genuinely New Yorkish and the pizza folds and crunches just like NYC style pizza. Everything was great except there was a tad too much grease on each slice; I know grease comes with the territory when you order pizza but it still took me about 5 napkins to get everything off, even though the pizza is thin and doesn't feel heavy at all.

Thin and crusty, you would eat the all pie!, now we have pizza once a week, I know we at least walk to the pizzeria, just because of the guilty pleasure :)
