Went to take our family to their first hibachi experience -- completely rushed through our meal (turnover of hibachi tables obviously important ) whisking away of plates still full of food -- when we said we weren't done they actually stood over us and waited -- and when my wife decided not to participate in the fun flinging of cold, uncooked squash pieces -- five were thrown at her (in fun of course -- not funny!) -- then at the end of the cooking we asked what they made for dessert here -- the chef scraped off the grease and leftover food and placed it in our faces!! Fun????!!! Unreal!! -- went to complain -- sooo busy we could not get help -- left after $150.00 and will never go back -- try Thai Palace next door-- better meal and service the following week -- what a mess --- good luck Ginza! Calls to the resturant to complain went unanswered!
