“Excellent Motel, Great Value!”

The Best Western in Bethel, Ct. is an excellent value with great amenities. When I first called to make our reservation, I spoke to Sam, an extremely pleasant and helpful young man who honored the special rate that I had found on the internet. My husband is handicapped and the room they gave us was perfect for us--quiet hall, spacious bathroom and comfortable king-sized bed. Since his medications need refrigeration, and we wanted to do a little heating up of left-over food, they gave us a fridge and microwave for only $15 extra for the whole 5-night stay. The property is clean and fresh and everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is advertised as Continental, but they serve hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and loads of breads, cereals, and danishes. The motel is right off I-84 and convenient to many restaurants and lots of shopping. But the best thing for me was the free membership to the exercise club next door which I used every day.

“Great value, renovated room”

We stayed here 2 nights to attend a wedding. Our 3rd floor room must have been just renovated because everything in it was fresh and new. I would request a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Friends stayed on the 1st floor and were not as happy with their room and said the a/c made a very loud and disturbing sound. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was convenient, and not too crowded. Good value as room was not very expensive.

“Very Satisfied”

Stayed on the 3rd floor. It was very quiet. We slept late most mornings and did not hear any other guests or showers, TVs, etc. Cleaned well. I complained about the first room because the air conditioner was quite noisy when it came on. They promptly changed me. Complimentary continental breakfast included cereal, juice, coffee, tea, bagels and danishes.
