We recently stayed at the Best Western in Winter Park.
The hotel is pretty basic with clean, decent sized rooms equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. The lobby area has a few microwaves, a toaster, a cappuccino and hot chocolate machine, and a few tables. When we walked in there were people with kids using most of the space. Breakfast is provided in the morning and includes cereal, fruit, juice, doughnuts, bagels, bread, frozen omelets and sausage (that you microwave) and WONDERFUL waffles.
The one real downfall of this hotel is the basic building infrastructure. The walls are really thin and you can hear noise from the rooms next door and above very easily. The kids in the room above liked to run around the rooms and hallways and you could here every bit of it from our room. A simple conversation in the room next door could be easily listened to.
The hotel’s location is very convenient to Winter Park Resort and it’s right in the town of Winter Park. There are a few places to eat close buy.
Other than the lack of soundproofing, the hotel overall was a decent value type room. Parking was included with the room rate.
