The service was excellents. No complaints there. And obviously very convenient since the cabriolet means there's no need to drive to the resort. Also, if you're renting equipment from the resort, you can do that the night before you ski (when lines are non-existent), leave it at the resort overnight, and save lots of time the next morning.
The rooms were spacious and fairly nice. I enjoyed finding the hidden library with board games, books, a fireplace, and a pool table. (The pool table costs about a $1.25/game though). There was even some complimentary apple cidar sitting out! The hotel's restaurant has a limited menu but everything on it is great . . . if somewhat pricy. The outdoor hottub was the perfect end to a day of skiing.
A free breakfast would have been convenient (there's not one here). And I was a little disappointed that the fireplace in our room didn't work. The overall quality of the hotel itself is a little worn-out looking. It could use new carpet and a few more updates. But it wasn't bad enough to ruin the hotel for me.
