On my way in from the airport, I asked my brother if we could stop for Mexican food for lunch, because I had a hankering for cheese enchiladas. When we walked in the door of Rosita's, I remembered that we had eaten there before, about a year earlier. I wasn't disappointed then and I wasn't disappointed this time. Service was friendly and just attentive enough. I could not find ala carte enchiladas, but the waiter said my wish for two without rice and beans was not a problem. They came with lots of cheese, as I like them, and a nice sauce. Lunch hit the spot and got my weeklong visit off to a great start.
