“Vail's Tivoli Lodge is like playing house (in an expanded house).”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 25, 2012

When you arrive at the Tivoli Lodge in Vail, you immediately know that something is special. The entrance and great staff invite you into a magnificent living room. I think of it as playing house (in an expanded house). Everything is perfect: comfortable grand chairs, roaring fire, wrought-iron chandeliers, stone walls, rich carpet, and views of the mountain seen over the dual outdoor hot tubs. The house expands up into your room (get one with mountain view and fireplace) where a great bed, spacious closet, and mini-kitchen complete the idea. The new gondola with wifi and heated seats is a short walk (or ski after a snowstorm) away and Vail's wonderful restaurants are a short walk or bus ride (on Vail's free bus system).

Great stay - easy, comfortable, convenient and great value! This is our 2 nd stay in past year and think Tivoli may be best resort value hotel we have stayed. Staff relaxed , friendly and helpful. Location superb - easy walk to gondola and shops and restaurants. Rooms large w/ mini fridge and sm eat-in area. And lobby area comfortable for reading paper in front of wonderful stone fireplace. Great small boutiquey hotel!

Spent this past Sunday night at the Tivoli. Had a great room with a fireplace overlooking the mountains. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything in Vail. Low key bar with friendly bartender. Can't say enough about the Tivoli. Can't wait to go back.

This is our second time to stay at Tivoli and it will not be our last. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful from the decor to the views. It's a perfect location for skiing and experiencing Vail Village!

Tivoli has the kind of service that is missing from the hotel industry today. The facility is top notch and the location is excellent. It is hard to find anything wrong with this top notch establishment.

Weekend getaway for a night in Vail and the location and services at The Tivoli was perfect! Right in Vail Village, easy walk to the new One Gondola in ski boots even, then walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in the Village.

Nice hot tubs, right off the lobby though, so can't be too shy. Nice bar on site with TV's to watch the game.

Loved that the room had a little balcony to walk out on and even a fireplace! 'Fridge, Microwave, huge bathroom, could have stayed for longer than just a night easily.

We'll be back!

Not a bad hotel at all, pretty low key, nice bar area which doubles as the breakfast room. No pool but the jacuzzi's are fine. Service was very good. Pretty expensive as rooms are okay but but not the quality of a sonenalp. Also no restaurant, but very close to the vistabahn, which trumphs everything else
