Not a bad hotel at all, pretty low key, nice bar area which doubles as the breakfast room. No pool but the jacuzzi's are fine. Service was very good. Pretty expensive as rooms are okay but but not the quality of a sonenalp. Also no restaurant, but very close to the vistabahn, which trumphs everything else

The Tivoli hotel was wonderful for our weekend getaway with 2 small kids! The room was large and comfortable with a view of the mountains and a cozy fireplace.
The staff was truly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent!
The location was perfect, close to town and to a park with a great playground for the kids. Also very close to the ski lift!

We really enjoyed the Tivoli Lodge. The staff was exceptional...we were SO impressed with their level of customer service. I don't think we've ever met more kind staff at a hotel. The gentleman working on the 22nd & 23rd at the front desk was amazing. The Tivoli Lodge is set right in walking distance to Vail Village & right across from the shuttle pickup to get to the Solaris & Lionshead.
The rooms were nice and cozy & we looked right out onto the mountain. Our room had a fireplace & a mini kitchen. The bathroom was upgraded (granite, etc.) and had jets in the shower.
We did have a glass of wine before bed in the lobby. They have beer and wine on hand; although, rather expensive ($10) for a really small glass of wine. Our advice would be to go to Vail Fine Wine and get a bottle to share in your room, as Tivoli does provide wine glasses.
We did not try the breakfast; however, they do have a hot breakfast option as well as a continental breakfast option. They provide free Starbucks coffee in the mornings & also have coffee available with makers in the rooms.
Would highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

We stopped through Vail during a Colorado vacation, and loved the Tivoli lodge. Room was elegant, clean, and spacious, and had a view of the ski slopes. Bathroom was luxurious and beautiful with great toiletries. The kitchenette area would have been really nice for a longer stay. We didn't eat the breakfast served in the hotel lobby, but it looked very good. Got an excellent price of about $160/night during the off season (September), which was a beautiful time to be in Vail for the fall color. Tivoli lodge is right in Vail village so you can walk everywhere. Note that Valet parking is the only option other than the town parking garage.
