When we arrived for a late lunch at the Tap Room, we thought this might be a sports bar with mostly drinking. We were pleasantly surprised to find exceptionally good food. They have a varied and imaginative menu and the wait staff is excellent. We were there on a rainy day in late April and it was very pleasant with a fire going in the fireplace near our table. This was a great experience in beautiful Vail!
