“Fun affordable place to eat in vail village”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

Really enjoyed this restaurant. It was a Short walk from our hotel. We had a great table overlooking the fountain in the village. We both had the fish tacos which were very fresh and tasty. Margaritas were a little weak but ok. Great service and not too expensive. Would eat there again.

“Great spot for a break from skiing.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

We stopped in to take a break from the slopes. Right next to the gondola. Seated without wait even though it was lunch time. Good service and very prompt. Food was very good too. We had street tacos, chimi, and chips/salsa. The value was great as compared to ski lodge menus. I'd stop again.

“Nice location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013 via mobile

Great location just off the gondola. Good service. Salsa was very good. My husband had the lobster taco special which he liked. I had the chicken tacos which were good but not great.

“one of my fav spots in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

keep coming back to los amigos for their food and margaritas. Friendly service and prompt food delivery is also a big plus. LOVE that you don't even have to ask for water as they bring you a pitcher as you sit down!!
Highly recommend their burritos and fajitas, as well as their margaritas. good mexican food and located on the second floor overlooking a little water fountain that has a fire feature in the middle...very cool.
After eating, you can take a stroll thru the town and maybe do a little shopping

“Yummy after ski spot!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

Los Amigos is right by the new gondola, and is a great place to stop in anytime!
We sat at the bar and we were told by some locals that the nachos were the meal to get! We got the 1/2 order and it was HUGE! Hubby had a beer and I had their house marg, which was really yummy!
We were also told to not get the fajitas here, so if you're going steer clear!
Get the nachos...they were top notch!
