“Beautiful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2014

Beautiful resort in a beautiful place! Great access to downtown Vail and other ski towns are not far. The pool and hot tubs are a nice relaxing spot to rest your legs and feet and the rooms are much more than expected! The fireplace is a nice touch in the room and perfect for sharing with a significant other. Unfortunately, we got food poisoning, but the staff brought up vitamin waters and Gatorade right away, although charging a pretty penny! I would stay here again during the spring, great rates and beautiful weather!

This resort is impressive!

We travel to luxury resorts often and the Four Seasons Vail had excellent staff, location, service and facilities! We will return for sure...and are still talking about the room upgrade we received.

Room Tip: Try to upgrade to a residence...we had a 2 bedroom residence that was around 2,500 square feet - it...

Have to say this was a very good experience, The staff are so friendly. Being a Coloradan who does not travel often, we stayed in Denver and now here in Vail, The hotel staff are excellent. This Resort is well located, luxury and a very special place for our family and little dog!

I'm about to check out of the Four Seasons Vail and very sad to do so. I've never encountered a more friendly and helpful staff at any resort.

The food, the skiing, the room, the spa... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for such a spectacular and relaxing week. A special "thank you" to the phenomenal staff working at the ski concierge. They made every early morning a treat,

Certainly planning on making the Four Seasons Vail an annual trip. Can't wait to be back.

Room Tip: Booked with American Express Platinum at received a very generous room upgrade.

I usually don't write reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel that I felt I had to. Its is a beautiful, almost swiss themed hotel that is located between Lionshead and Vail Village. Ski concierge is at the base of the mountain even though it is not near the hotel. The staff at ski concierge were very helpful and didn't hesitate even when they looked like they were about to close. The Asian young man was so friendly and even though he looked exhausted from the days rush, he had a permanent genuine smile as he assisted us.

Flame, the main restaurant was a beautiful sanctuary after a tiring day. The food was beautifully prepared and worth the $40+ Steak my friend seemed to enjoy. Not many options for a vegetarian but I made do with the delicious broccolini and mac and cheese on the menu.

The spa was an even better sanctuary with make up room, beautiful decor and the best massage I have ever experienced! I would highly recommend at least a half day at the spa!

The lobby bar was vibey and the staff was very accommodating. Our South African waitress took such good care of me as If I were the only guest even though the bar was full. She had the kitchen specially prepare for me a vegetarian pasta dish that was the best I had ever tasted. Two thumbs up for her remarkable service and another two thumbs up to the cooks! If only I had known they were able to do that for me from the beginning.

The guys at the front of the hotel were also very sweet. They took us where ever we wanted to go and were always so pleasant. Keep it up!

I would say this is one of the best Hotels I have ever vacationed in. Vail is a great place and what better way to enjoy it than staying in pure luxury!

What a great property, treated like royalty, rooms were amazing and a truly memorable stay. I really didn't want to leave as there was so much more that I wanted to experience at this property. Exceptional.

What a great place. Everbody with a smile. Ski concierge at base of mountain to help with boots. My 14 year old son and I has a wonderful time. Shuttle to the slopes or just walk. Flame restaurant very good. Book with Four Seasons Preferred Partner and receive free breakfast.
